Cardio Boxing is a whole-body workout, building muscle strength, endurance, balance, agility and coordination. Participants work in pairs using gloves and focus mitts. Classes consist of variable cardio work and boxing techniques. Cotton Inners are required and available for purchase at reception.Intensity: Moderate to high.Designed for: Beginners to advanced.
