A mix of cardio training and conditioning based in water. The water environment reduces impact on the body allowing it to be more suitable for people with injuries. Intensity: Low - High. Designed for: Beginners to advanced. Benefit: Improve balance, agility, posture, flexibility and core strength. Age limits - 12 years and over Note: Entry allowed 5min before Aqua. No reserving spots. Instructors may move participants for safety/use the full pool for a dynamic program!
