With a focus on Qi Gong Shibashi and Gentle stretching, this class is designed for older adults to improve balance, mobility, cognitive function and wellbeing. Participants will learn and practice an entire Tai Chi sequence, with the addition of mobility and gentle stretching. Designed for: Seniors. Exercises can be performed seated. Benefits: Improve overall wellbeing and falls prevention.
